Any person found guilty of failing to obey a lawful and reasonable order of any police officer or any other law enforcement officer inside the corporate limits of the City of Andover, Kansas shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and/or six months incarceration upon conviction of violation of the same.

Any person who shall knowingly and willfully resist, oppose or obstruct any police officer of the City of Andover, Kansas while in the discharge of his official duty or in making any lawful arrest in the City, shall upon conviction be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and/or six months incarceration upon conviction of violation of the same.
