ARTICLE 3.   SALE OF GOODS OR SERVICES ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY

5-301.        Unlawful to sell.

From and after the date of passage of this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or entity to sell or offer for sale goods or services upon property owned by the City of Andover, Kansas, without first securing from the City of Andover, the written contractual right to do so.

5-302.        Contracts.

All contracts with the City permitting the sale of goods or services upon property owned by the City shall be negotiated on a case by case basis with the City Council of Andover, Kansas.
